1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

1.1 Personal Information

• We request this permission to gather information about your device, including the brand, manufacture model, system version, Android ID, and advertising ID. This information is used to ensure the security of your account. The data will be transmitted securely via HTTPS and stored on our secure server (server.fingerfinance.com). Information will be deleted once upon the analysis completion, and we assure you that it will not be shared with any third party.

1.2 Phone State

• Collect and monitor specific information about your device including your hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifier user profile, wi-fi information, mobile network information to identify the devices and ensure that unauthorized devices are not able to act on your behalf to prevent frauds.

1.3 Location

• Collect and monitor the location of your device to provide service ability of your loan application and to provide customized offers and other features.

1.4 Camera

• We request this permission to capture images of your ID cards, such as Aadhaar cards or PAN cards, as well as your selfie. Besides, it is also required to evaluate your credit status.

1.5 SMS

• Collect and monitor only transactional SMS about names of transaction parties, descriptions of the transactions and the corresponding amounts. Other SMS data is not accessed.

1.6 Installed Application

• Collect each installed application's metadata information which includes the application name, package name, installed time,updated time, version name and version code of each installed application on your device to assess your credit worthiness and provide you with pre-approved customized loan offers.

1.7 Contact

• Collect, monitor contacts and accounts information to detect references and to auto fill data during sign up or loan application processes. Also,review & upload contact to diagnosis server to prevent fraudster and defaulter.

1.8 Call Log

• To automatically detect information of references for network profiling to generate best loan offers.

2. USE OF INFORMATION

The information we collect serves various purposes: processing and evaluating loan applications; verifying your identity and eligibility for loans; offering customer support and responding to inquiries; enhancing and personalizing the app's features and content; analyzing usage patterns and trends; detecting and preventing fraudulent or illegal activities; and fulfilling legal obligations.

3. SHARING OF INFORMATION

We may disclose your personal information to third parties in the following instances: with your consent or upon your direction; to our service providers assisting with the app's functionality and services; to financial institutions and credit bureaus for loan processing and verification; to law enforcement or government agencies in compliance with legal obligations or in response to valid court orders or subpoenas; and in connection with mergers, acquisitions, or the sale of our assets, in whole or in part.

4. SECURITY MEASURES

We implement robust security measures to safeguard against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data. This includes internal reviews of our data collection, storage, and processing practices, as well as encryption and physical security measures to protect our systems containing personal data. All information collected on the FingerLoans app is securely stored in a controlled database, and access to the servers is strictly password-protected and limited.

5. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal information for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, unless longer retention is required or permitted by law.

6. YOUR CHOICES AND PREFERENCES

6.1 You have the option to withhold certain personal information, but this may restrict your ability to use certain app features or apply for loans.
6.2 You may opt out of receiving promotional emails or notifications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each email or notification.
